Monthly plans are billed by the month, and data resets every month on the activation date: the day you activate is your monthly reset day, rather than a blanket wipe on the 1st of each calendar month. The three tiers differ only in price and monthly data — route coverage, device count and refund terms are identical. To change tiers, upgrade in the user panel; the price difference is prorated across the remaining days, so there is no need to wait for the next reset date.

500GB / moSuited to using acceleration as a backup channel: the occasional research lookup, sending and receiving international email, updating overseas apps, or a single device on the commute. The 60GB resets monthly, and unused data does not roll over to the next month. If one month's usage grows, upgrade to a higher tier in the user panel — the price difference is prorated across the remaining days, with no need to buy a whole new month.
The middle of the three tiers, and the one most people should start with. The 250GB monthly allowance is roomier than the ¥9.9 tier, so you don't have to check remaining data constantly, and several devices online at once is more comfortable; the monthly cost is still lower than the ¥28 tier. If usage later settles above 250GB a month, upgrade to the ¥28 tier — the difference is again prorated across the remaining days.
Aimed at long-running connections, or several devices streaming HD video at the same time. 500GB is the largest monthly allowance among the subscriptions, and data still resets monthly on the activation date. If your usage is close to or above 250GB every month, choosing this tier directly is simpler than upgrading mid-cycle; if usage is concentrated in a short period, check whether a data pack suits you better.
Activation time is the moment payment completes, and that day becomes your monthly reset day. For example, activate on the 12th and your allowance resets on the 12th of every following month, rather than being wiped on the 1st; each interval between resets is then close to a full month, and you never lose an allowance a few days after activating.
On a mid-cycle upgrade, the system prorates the price difference between the old and new tiers across the remaining days — pay the difference and you're set, with no need to buy a whole new month. Downgrades and tier changes are also handled in the user panel, and your current plan and remaining data are visible on the panel's home page.
Data packs are not billed by time: you use exactly what you buy, until it runs out, and they never expire. There is no monthly reset and no expiry date, so a period of inactivity won't wipe your balance.

3000GB totalA data pack's validity is determined only by the data left: as long as there is data remaining, you can keep using it — there is no expiry date and no monthly renewal. Used data is deducted from the total, and the remainder can be checked in the user panel at any time. The three sizes are 300GB / 1000GB / 3000GB; they differ only in total volume, and the rules are identical.
A monthly plan buys a fixed allowance each month, reset monthly; a data pack buys a one-time total that you can use for as long as you like. If your usage is steady and you need it every month, a monthly plan fits better; if usage is concentrated in one period — a short business trip, a product launch, a one-off large download — a data pack fits better, and whatever you don't use this time stays for next time.
Choose a data pack by the total you expect to use, not by monthly usage. 300GB suits one-off tasks; 1000GB suits several months of heavy use; 3000GB suits long-term use where you'd rather not renew monthly. Picking one size larger isn't wasteful — it just keeps the allowance available longer; if unsure, start one size smaller and top up when it runs out.
The items below don't change with the tier — monthly plans and data packs alike — so there's no need to pick a pricier tier for a particular feature.
The three monthly tiers differ only in price and monthly data; the table below lines up the differences and the shared features. Data packs are not part of this table — their rules are in the data pack section above.

Alipay, WeChat and USDT are all supported, and both ordering and payment happen inside the user panel: pick a plan, pick a payment method, and once payment is complete, return to the panel to see the plan status. Creating an account needs only a username and password — no email address, and no waiting for a verification email.
Scan-to-pay, suited to everyday use. Once payment completes, return to the user panel: the plan status shows as active and the remaining data appears at the same time.
Also scan-to-pay, a common alternative to Alipay with the same payment flow and the same crediting behaviour — pick whichever channel you're used to.
Suited to users who already hold digital assets. Transfer the amount shown in the panel; once it arrives the plan activates, and the order record stays in the user panel.
Check the plan tier and amount before paying. If the plan status hasn't updated after payment, refresh the user panel first; if it still hasn't updated, open a ticket with the order details and it will be checked manually.
The 60-day no-questions-asked refund applies to every tier; no reason is required and refunds are handled per order. Usage already consumed does not affect eligibility.
Once the refund is complete, the plan benefits tied to that order end. If you're only pausing for a while, there's no rush to refund: data packs never expire, so leaving one unused costs you nothing; a monthly plan can also sit on a lower tier and be upgraded when you need it.
Six questions cover pricing, device count, refunds, payment methods, data resets and data pack validity; the figures in the answers match the table above.
Three monthly tiers: ¥9.9/mo for 60GB, ¥18/mo for 250GB, ¥28/mo for 500GB; three data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB, used until they run out and never expiring. From ¥9.9/mo.
